Seen: A hat for Victorian Helen

The story goes like this: I was browsing along, and I followed an advertisement, to find a site that sells hats. I was intrigued, and soon discovered that this hat (image below) caught my eye. My mind immediately jumped to Victorian Helen. This could be her hat.

Yes, she does make killer hats. We were in a steampunk craft swap once-wish I'd drawn her for a partner!
