(Right, let's see if it works this time...) Main site seems really slow. As in over a minute waiting to check previous days strips etc. Am using chrome, in case it is a chrome glitch/. Well, Shaenon's not having trouble on her end. At this point, I'm not sure what to do, since the person holding th...

I'm getting poor performance on non-Chrome browsers as well. I'll ask Shaenon if there's a known issue somewhere.

Guys, sorry about letting this topic lie fallow. As I noted in the other recently-updated thread, it was all I could do to keep up with the scripting for a while and my involvement with the social management side of this went south. I will try not to make the same mistake again. To answer your quest...

I have something but when I preview it it comes up huge. How do I resize a posted image? Honestly? No idea. You may have to resize the image itself. Sorry I've been away from this quarter, guys. It was all I could do to keep up with the scripting for a while, much less the social aspects. Will try ...

Awesome. Yes, this would be one of the few books Unity would read in its entirety before eating it.

The game's creator has asked me to link to the revised game set since newer accounts have stricter URL control for spam filter purposes.

Other than brief outages, the site has been up. Is it a cache problem local to you, do you think?

As I'm certain you noticed, the comic's main "skin-horse.com" site has been having some actual hard outages lasting several hours or more. While this is being looked into, please consider keeping pace with the mirror on GoComics ( http://www.gocomics.com/skinhorse ). Thanks for your patien...

Speaking from experience, the single most important factor in selecting a city for an impromptu convention is that it contain a brain-meltingly organized fan or group of fans who are already good at the logistics of bringing people from out of town and getting them to all gather in one place, a hard...

Guys, just to weigh in here, I am about 200% in favor of people paying me to visit new cities. And, since I have no life, pretty much all y'all's need to do is give me a few months advance notice -- I have no real blackout dates in 2012.

And hurry, because ...

Well, it's really sort of a hard game to explain, very nuanced, impossible to introduce in BBS format. I'd have to scan and send you a copy of "Little Mornington Crescent For Beginners", a highly abridged and annotated version of the core rules, but I misplaced my copy, and the only other ...

My single favorite bonus story is Volume 4, "The Facts of Life", words by Sarge and art by Irony-Chan; this volume is also nicely introduced by the prolix but pleasing Eric Burns. Pinups sort of vanished after the first two volumes. I can't possibly fathom starting ownership of a book seri...

http://www.abcmedianet.com/web/showpage/showpage.aspx?program_id=002704&type=lead Hard to know whether or not this'll give anything close to a Narbonic fix, but the idea of a situation comedy set in the business office of a questionably-ethical superscience lab sounds promising enough, at least...

Dude, way to stomp all over everything and chuck salt on it.
